Ladies only Gymnasium There is a separate ladies only gymnasium with cardio-vascular equipment, resistance machines and weights. This is adjacent to reception and next to Power Foods. The dance studio is at the far end.
Ladies the choice is yours - Train in the large unisex gymnasium, or use the privacy of the ladies only gymnasium. Qualified & friendly staff are on hand to help you at all times.
