There is a separate ladies only gymnasium with cardio-vascular equipment, resistance machines and weights.
Ladies the choice is yours - Train in the large unisex gymnasium, or use the privacy of the ladies only gymnasium. Qualified & friendly staff are on hand to help you at all times.
The ladies only Gym is adjacent to reception and next to Corpus Fitness, the dance studio is at the far end.
